HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping fees depend on the number of items in your cart and the delivery destination. Shipping will be estimated at checkout.

HOW LONG DOES DOMESTIC SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping will be estimated at check out. Please note that shipping times do not include turnaround times(5-7 business days on most orders). Items shipped to customers typically take 1-3 business days to arrive after the item(s) have been shipped depending on the shipping method selected by the customer at checkout. Delivery estimates are based on transit times carriers provide us with and are not currently taking into account holiday delays. Please anticipate a delay in delivery. We will continue to work hard in getting orders out as fast as we are possibly able to.

 

TRACKING INFORMATION STATES MY PACKAGE AS DELIVERED BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT

Williams Printing Co. does not hold nor accept responsibility nor issue refunds or credits for packages that the courier confirms as delivered or items lost, stolen, or stuck in transit. Please contact your local postal service to locate your order.

 

WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS

Shipping labels are automatically printed through Shopify, with the address you input during your checkout process. Because of this, we are not responsible for items that are delivered to a wrong address or not delivered at all. Please make sure you input correctly the address you need your items shipped to.

Should the package be returned by the postal service, we will notify you so that you can purchase a new shipping label to be able to resend your items.Â
